Needs an Order History section unless I missed it somewhere. Also would be good if other fitness apps (Jawbone) can be linked.

Seriously. What the h?!? Ive never been so frustrated shopping at my favorite store!!!!

I have complained numerous times through the apps FAQ/contact us about the move portion -it isnt syncing correctly. I have never received a response. Most days do not calculate correctly, if even at all. The ability to redeem rewards with my phone is nice. What would be even better is if I could earn them through my phone & Fitbit as promised.

Every time I try and use the app, it stays it cannot sync to the system. This has been happening for the past several weeks. I tried to logout and leg back in, but still wont sync so I can even sign in.

Syncing with Move is a joke. Works one day then wont the next.

I have checked and checked again - the app wont let me login telling me to double check but I can go to my PC and login just fine.

App not accepting my login credentials and crashes on launch frequently. I really was looking forward to using the app to add my scorecard to my iPhone wallet, but I cant get that far into the app

Please update the app so that garmin fitness trackers can be apart of the move feature. Thanks.

Please add the option to sync the garmin fit device to the move section.

Scorecard login only works on desktop computer. Cant sign in on app anymore. Customer support could not help.

I wouldnt give this app a star, but unfortunately the Apple Store app wont give you that option.?! I can access the online store, but this app isnt worth spit! I guess if I want to shop at this store.?! Ill have to do it without access to my account or go shopping at Academy Sports or else where.?!

Please add support for Microsoft Band/Health and/or Apple Health Kit.

Garmin needs to be added to the "Move" portion of the app.

Move function doesnt function at all. Its a gimmick to allow them to shove ads put to your phone. Dont bother downloading! Its worthless garbage, pure and simple.

I was motivated to use the Moves section of the app. Well it doesnt sync at all. Dicks said I needed to sync online with Fitbit yada yada. Nothing worked. Other features of this app dont work either. Complete waste of time! Im with the others that this app isnt even worth a 1 star. :(

Previous version was absolutely awesome and worked fine. But this version wont let you put items in the cart. Fix this issue before People stop using it.

So I get an email from Dick’s telling me I’ll get $5 credit in my “Scorecard” account if I download their app. You’d think that since they are promoting the app, it would be useful. It’s not. It’s designed by someone who apparently has never actually used an app. I’m constantly having to re-log in. Once you login to your account, you are at a page that says “welcome back,” and provided order status, personal information, account features and email preferences. There’s also a “My Account” button. Guess what? If you hit “my account,” it logs you out and takes you back to the log-in screen. Normally, if you hit “back,” you’d think it would also take you back to the login screen, but it takes you to the main screen. In addition, there are separate logins for the Dick’s web account and their Scorecard program. Not normally a problem when using the website, but it’s unclear with this app what you are selecting, and you keep getting prompted to login…again. There’s other completely useless stuff that shouldn’t be on a mobile app. If you select the list of contents screen, they’ve got “sports matter,” without any description. Select it, and you’re prompted to donate money. Come on, I don’t need that in a mobile app. Select “my offers” and I’m informed that there are no offers and to check back. Yeah, I’ll keep doing that. “Move” is some sort of activity tracking app…like there aren’t enough of those out there. It’s like they got a bunch of marketing clowns in a room and drew up a list of neato-app ideas on a white board, and then outsourced the development to India.
