The app is cool, but my Fitbit never just loads like normal, it has to be "fixed" every single time. This has been an issue from the beginning . Fix it and Ill give it more stars.

Its ok
Im surprised this app isnt more well-known. Even an employee didnt know they had an app. Love integrating it with my fitness tracker to get more points, and using it in store is really seamless.
This is a decent app and gets the job done. It feels too much like their website however, and not like a native iOS app. Also, there is no Apple Pay option for purchases which means I will not be buying anything until this is added.
The app runs okay, but the Rewards program processing us terrible. Earning points is okay and similar to other rewards programs. But rewards are incremental at 300, take a month to process, and every January unused zero out. Consider a rolling 12-month zero instead of calendar year. And the IT dept needs to step up -- are they batch processing on some old computer system?
Love it get discounts every time I walk
This app is basically like using the website within an app page. Have to scroll right and left because the page doesnt fit into the window of the app. Worse- there is no back button to get to my previous page or where or started so I have to start my search or whatever all over again. I love the deals but this app needs to be updated to be more user friendly and an actual app instead of a website...
Syncs with my Garmin GPS watch so I can earn points.
I love the app, but the the QR code on the scorecard within the app as well as the one you can add to your wallet is not scannable according to my local Dicks location. The said the only kind that will scan is the standard style barcode which is not available in the app.
After setting the desired filters in any mens apparel category, I tap on a single item for the detailed view. After viewing the item, I press the "Back" button and the filters I had set still have the check mark next to them. However, the results I had filtered arent filtered anymore. Its quite frustrating. Please fix this as soon as possible. Thank you! Otherwise, great app.
Should be able to get in store coupons on phone!! Then you just need your phone with you! Same idea as having scorecard on phone!
Really easy to use. A lot faster than their website
No weekly ad.
Concepts are all great. Looks smooth on surface. Only issues are you cant make any purchases, app crashes, passbook doesnt work at all, and it doesnt recognize my email address. Feel bad for Dicks. Must be losing a fortune.
Love iy
This app needs to include access to the local weekly advertisement specials or it is simply useless to me and I am sure others as well.
But usually there is an issue of some sort. I never have a flawless experience.
Wow, what a pain. During checkout, it will ask you to put in your reward card number. The app already knows who I am, that should be filled out automatically. I had to go to the scorecard to copy the number. When I go back, I have to do the checkout again. There is another screen to use my reward points. It should just be a checkbox to say if you want to use it. So I went to the screen to get your reward code. That screen doesnt even allow you to copy the code. Now I have to memorize the code and then do the checkout again. The code is 11 digit with mix of letters and numbers. It needs a lot of work.
I thought it would cool to earn 3 reward points a day for getting 10,000 steps in. However, it tells me my ScoreCard credentials are bad and wont let me login with the same info that works to login in my browser. Something is obviously not working correctly.
Where is the back button? Wow that is an annoying browsing experience. Hey its UX Design 101... Have a back button present on all pages except the homepage.
