The update is amazing and it can check other stores for product. It can tell me my points and rewards. Outstanding app after the up date

Started using the app with the fitness challenge in Sept/Oct. Really enjoy using the app for shopping, rewards card, and my rewards. Having the app linked to my Fitbit to earn points based on my steps is awesome! Highly motivated to meet the daily step goal. Keep the challenges coming!!!
Great app plus you get additional score card points for reaching your walking goals.
Im surprised this app isnt more well-known. Even an employee didnt know they had an app. Love integrating it with my fitness tracker to get more points, and using it in store is really seamless.
Some bad moments
This app consistently fails to record my mileage, therefore my points don’t get recorded. Extremely annoying to have to always reset my app for it to work. Not reliable.
The Dicks app is unpredictable. It syncs some days with the apple watch and not others. Totally random and frustrating.
The Dicks app has quit working again. The last time my Fitbit synced with the Dicks app was on 3/17/18. I have tried unpairing devices, uninstalling the app and still haven't had any success. I'm going to have to redeem my points soon and I wonder if it will let me. So far the support for the app is non existent.
"Ever since Fitbit updated their app to "change app icon" it seems that this app cant find my Fitbit and I get stuck at the Manage Trackers screen. Its blank and the only thing I can do is cancel or read the info."

Not able to log in with my already existing scorecard.
Or at least its not intuitive how.
Does not allow me to sign in after putting all the correct criteria multiple time. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible
