Move problems

On the rare occasion it works correctly, Move is great idea. It encourages people to get up and get the blood flowing and stop the ever prevalent lethargy that is plaguing our nation. Again, that is on the rare occasion it works right. When it does actually connect, it doesnt sync well enough to count all steps and when it wont connect, it counts nothing. A few days later when it will connect, forget about getting credit for those steps. Seeing as it gets is data directly from the Apple Heath app in my case, I am lost as to why it cant seem to sync all steps taken.

I have always had good experiences with Dicks Sporting Goods and have had a Scorecard since I was in high school in 1998. The app does what it needs to keep Scorecard points info and Ive used it to buy a few things. Move is amazingly problematic, especially since it is run by the largest sporting goods retailer in the country if not on the planet.

The Move bonus points and challenges are great but if you dont seem to want your app to work when you put out a new promo challenge, which it seems like now as well as during the Olympics, then stop with challenges. We will gladly take our 3 bonus points and wait for months to get a reward from it as opposed to constant frustration from chasing $20.
