"Move" never works!!!!

Ive complain numerous times thru app feedback that "move" never syncs right. Its so frustrating when u run 3+miles and i cant get 3bonus points for the amount of money I spend at the store!! Still since latest update it takes way too long to get bonus points. That is if app even loads!
